Live case of complex PCI using OCT with real time angiographic co-registration (First time in Bangladesh):

On 8 September 2019, a case of complex PCI was transmitted live from National Heart Foundation Hospital, Dhaka Cath Lab to 11th Annual Conference of Society for Cardiac Interventions (SCI), Kolkata, India.

The patient was a post CABG, post PCI case with lesion involving left main, LAD and LCX. PCI was done using DK Crush technique. OCT with real time angiographic co-registration was used for the case for the first time in Bangladesh. IVUS was also used in the case.
